Mr. James Hollingshead is a consultant colorectal and general surgeon specialising in laparoscopic (keyhole) procedures. He studied medicine at Oxford University and Guy’s and St Thomas’ medical schools, qualifying in 2002.

Mr. Hollingshead specialises in the diagnosis and treatment of abdominal and perianal conditions, including hernias, bowel cancers, inflammatory bowel disease, and haemorrhoids. He performs the majority of major abdominal operations laparoscopically, allowing for faster recovery and an early return to work and full function. He also offers robotic surgery, enhancing precision and outcomes for his patients.
