What you’ll do

You’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering our marketing plans across a range of initiatives in both the UK and international markets. Your work will bring together insight, creativity and strong stakeholder engagement.

  • Lead the planning and delivery of multi-channel marketing activity across digital, CRM, print, PR and events
  • Develop clear, insight-led marketing plans  that support growth and business priorities
  • Create marketing content that strengthens brand messaging and supports business objectives
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing decisions and securing buy-in across the organisation
  • Identify opportunities for growth through market insight, competitor analysis and customer understanding
  • Manage projects end to end, ensuring delivery to time, budget and performance targets
  • Manage a team of Marketing Executives

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who brings both strategic thinking and hands-on delivery, with the confidence to engage at a senior level.

  • Strong experience in a marketing role with a proven track record of delivering impactful campaigns
  • Ability to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders across a complex organisation
  • Experience developing marketing plans that drive measurable growth
  • Confident managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate insight into clear actions

This role is based within our corporate marketing function, with a hybrid working pattern and regular time spent across our office and hospital environments.
