The clinical training we offer includes programmes with the Florence Nightingale Foundation among a whole host of internal short courses. These include structured courses on areas such as Advanced Life Support, to workshops on bereavement care and virtual training covering Mental Health for Managers.

When you join us, our Competency-Based Staged Orientation will equip you to work alongside your peers right from the start. And further down the line, our large network of hospitals means there are lots of opportunities for advancement across our sites.

Just like our patients, our colleagues come to us from all over the world. We’re happy to provide sponsorship for overseas candidates, as long as the role you’ve been recruited for meets the requirements set by the Home Office.
