Hotel services
With us, you can continue to enjoy an industry you love, while feeling the reward of helping patients recover. What makes our Hotel Services so different? It’s how we care.
Choose a career with a difference
Enjoy your passion for hospitality while pursuing a career you can really feel proud of.
Our service is every bit as friendly and special as you’d see in the very best hotels and restaurants. But here it comes with something extra – the kind of caring you’d expect to see in the very best hospitals. And this care applies as much to the way we look after our own people, as it does the patients we’re all here to serve.
Our roles
Working in our Hotel Services teams, you’ll find the same buzz as any restaurant or hotel. The difference is a special sense of purpose you’ll only get working in our hospitals.

Behind the scenes of our kitchens

Together we grow
It’s not only clinical colleagues who benefit from ongoing development. You can too. We’ll make sure you have everything you need to grow your career and achieve your ambitions.
We’re a large group, which means there are lots of opportunities to explore – whether that’s a sideways move into a different team or moving up with a promotion. What’s more, all colleagues have access to Harvard Spark and Harvard ManageMentor, providing an exciting selection of bite-size online learning to develop your interpersonal, professional management and leadership skills.
And alongside our coaching and mentoring programmes, you could also enrol on an apprenticeship – advancing your hospitality skills while achieving a nationally recognised qualification.
