We recognise and value everyone as unique and individual.
Working at HCA
For over 50 years, we’ve been committed to the improvement of human life. Not just for our patients, but for our people too. It’s how we care.
Our story
Dr Thomas Frist founded HCA (Hospital Corporation of America) in 1968, with a vision of creating a healthcare company with the scope, resources and expertise to provide the highest possible standard of care.
Now, with over 2,400 sites of care across the US and UK and nearly 320,000 colleagues HCA is one of the world’s leading providers of private healthcare services. We learn from every one of our 36 million patient encounters each year, helping to ensure we deliver the outstanding care we’d want for our own family to every single person we treat.
“Above all else, we are committed to the care and improvement of human life”
Investing in world leading healthcare for the UK
HCA UK opened its doors in 1995. Since then, we have built a world class network of facilities in London, Manchester, Wilmslow and Birmingham. Each with the latest diagnostic and treatment equipment and facilities.
