NHS Relationship Manager
Medical Concierge Centre
Corporate Head Office, 47 Nottingham Place
Full time: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday
When you’ve spent your career caring for patients, you understand that great outcomes depend on more than clinical excellence alone. They rely on trust, communication and the ability to navigate complex systems with empathy and clarity. This role brings those skills together, giving you the opportunity to use your clinical background in a different way, while staying closely connected to patient care and system impact.
Based at our London Corporate Head Office, this role sits within the Medical Concierge Centre and focuses on building strong, trusted relationships across NHS Trusts. You’ll play a key part in supporting patients who choose to transfer from the NHS into HCA Healthcare UK hospitals, ensuring pathways are clear, timely and centred around individual needs. Working closely with clinical, operational and commercial colleagues, you’ll help shape how these partnerships develop and grow.
You’ll have visibility across the organisation, autonomy to manage your relationships and the opportunity to influence how services evolve in response to NHS pressures and priorities. It’s a role for someone who understands the NHS from the inside and is motivated by improving patient flow, experience and outcomes through collaboration.
At HCA UK we care about what you care about. We care that you want to deliver the very best care. We care that you want a career you can be proud of. We care that you want working conditions that support your health and wellbeing. Let us care for you and your career, the same way you do for others.
