Location: Marylebone, London. Prestigious Private GP & Health Clinic
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Shifts: Rotating early and late shifts between 7:30am – 7:30pm
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (dependent on experience)

We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a professional, welcoming, and patient-focused Private Patient Coordinator to join our outstanding private GP and health clinic in Marylebone.
This is a varied and rewarding front-of-house role, ideal for someone who thrives in a people-facing environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. Working as part of a friendly and collaborative team, you will support both patients and clinicians to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for our private patients.
Combining reception duties, clinical coordination, and high-level administration, this role plays a vital part in delivering a truly five-star private funded patient journey, from first contact through to referrals, follow-ups, and ongoing care.
Many of our senior colleagues began their careers in this position and progressed into leadership, practice management, and patient services roles. We are committed to your development and will provide mentorship and training to support your long-term career growth.
What you’ll do:
Welcome patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they feel supported and valued from arrival
Engage with patients throughout their journey, answering queries clearly and maintaining a calm, reassuring environment
Ensure all required patient documentation is completed, signed, scanned, and accurately recorded
Manage patient flow and waiting areas to ensure clinics run smoothly and on time
Coordinate and manage patient bookings and appointments
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and databases
Support GPs with clinical notes, referrals, correspondence, and reports
Process invoices and billing accurately and efficiently
Assist with the preparation and delivery of health screening reports
Liaise with consultants, hospitals, and insurers to support coordinated patient care
What You Will Bring
Previous front-of-house or receptionist experience within a GP practice or health centre
Excellent communication and five-star customer service skills, both face-to-face and via phone/email
Strong administrative and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Confidence working independently in a fast-paced, professional healthcare environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems (full training provided on internal systems)
Ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and remain calm under pressure while putting patient needs first
Flexibility to work early and late shifts on a rota basis
