Job Title: Assistant Financial Accountant

The Impact you will have:
We have an exception role for you, in the position of Assistant Financial Accountant to join our team, as one of our internal colleagues has been promoted and is off on their next adventure within HCA Healthcare UK.
As our Assistant Financial Accountant, you will prepare bank reconciliations for the receipts bank accounts, in line with our company process and policy.
You will identify and resolve variances whilst also providing support advice and guidance to our hospital colleagues on the completion of cash returns and interpretation of the process.
You will also have the opportunity to liaise with and assist internal and external auditors, support preparation of the weekly intercompany transfer schedules and set up set up banking for new sites and merchants. This includes organising PDQ terminals, cash floats and Securicor collections
This is an exceptional opportunity for an existing finance professional undertaking the same or similar duties within a large organisation and looking for their next step. We are also able to offer a study package to the successful applicant to gain their ACCA or CIMA qualification.
