Working at the heart of the service, the team ensures that patient journeys are well‑coordinated, appointments run smoothly, and patients and their families feel supported from the moment they arrive. This role is pivotal in connecting clinical teams, business office colleagues and support services, ensuring the Treatment Suite operates efficiently while maintaining an exceptional patient experience.
As a Treatment Suite Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for coordinating the day‑to‑day administrative and operational flow of the clinic, acting as a key point of contact for patients, visitors and staff. From managing complex treatment schedules and patient pathways to maintaining accurate electronic records, your work directly supports the delivery of safe, high‑quality care. You’ll work closely with clinical leads to manage patient flow, proactively address delays, and ensure appointments are delivered in line with clinical priority and activity plans. This is a varied, fast‑paced role where organisation, compassion and attention to detail make a real difference to patient outcomes and experience.
Above all else, we’re committed to the care and improvement of human life. It’s this guiding vision that influences everything we do at HCA UK. From the CEO to the colleagues on the floor we all have a part to play in delivering exceptional care to our patients. Other’s may think this is just a role in the administration team, but to us, you’ll be part of a wider team with a unique sense of purpose, one that helps improve lives on a daily basis.
What you’ll do:
Act as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a warm, professional and patient‑centred experience
Coordinate patient flow, treatment scheduling and daily activity plans in liaison with clinical and administrative teams
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records, appointments and treatment activity on MOSAIQ
Liaise with business office, reception and support services to manage changes, pre‑authorisations and late bookings
Support service delivery through audits, reporting, meetings, and ongoing service improvement activity
What you’ll bring:
Previous Administration experience within a healthcare setting is essential
Confident IT skills and experience working with electronic patient record systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a calm, professional manner
High level of accuracy, attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
A patient‑focused approach with the ability to work effectively under pressure
