We’re looking for a Radiotherapy Services Manager to join our Oncology services at The Harley Street Clinic, one of the UK’s leading private cancer centres.

As a Radiotherapy Services Manager, you’ll be part of a highly skilled multidisciplinary team delivering high‑quality radiotherapy services to patients. The radiotherapy department plays a vital role in the delivery of safe, effective, and innovative cancer care, working in close partnership with Consultants, Radiotherapy Physics, and wider cancer services. Day to day, you’ll provide visible and credible leadership across the service, combining clinical expertise with operational and strategic oversight. From driving service development and pathway optimisation to leading and supporting the radiographer workforce, this role offers the opportunity to influence innovation, performance, and growth in a complex and dynamic clinical environment.

What you’ll do:

• Provide overall leadership and operational management of the radiotherapy service, ensuring safe, high‑quality, and efficient patient care

• Lead, develop, and inspire the radiotherapy workforce, supporting recruitment, retention, and succession planning

• Drive service development and innovation, including the adoption of new technologies and continuous improvement initiatives

• Manage capacity, demand, and performance to optimise utilisation and patient flow

• Take ownership of governance, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and financial performance

What you’ll bring:

• BSc (Hons) in Therapeutic Radiography (or equivalent)

• HCPC registration

• Significant experience in a senior radiotherapy leadership role (Superintendent level or above)

• Proven operational leadership experience within a complex clinical service

• Strong understanding of radiotherapy governance, legislation, and quality standards
