  • Draft and issue all written offers, contracts and associated onboarding documentation.
  • Proactively engage candidates throughout the onboarding cycle, ensuring a smooth, positive experience and minimising the risk of candidate withdrawals.
  • Book and coordinate corporate induction, ensuring all new starters are confirmed onto an appropriate session.
  • Complete pre‑hire and full‑hire actions within HR systems to support accurate workforce planning.
  • Liaise closely with Resourcing, HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to keep them updated on progress, challenges and risks.
  • Conduct daily audits of compliance documentation and maintain systems that monitor ongoing workforce compliance.
  • Identify and mitigate potential delays, escalating issues and proposing solutions where appropriate.
  • Support department projects including induction delivery, process improvement, accommodation, visa processing and DBS applications.

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong experience from within HR / onboarding compliance‑focused environment.
  • Experience within healthcare / clinical onboarding compliance is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong organisational skills, able to prioritise a busy workload and meet tight deadlines.
  • A collaborative, patient and approachable style with a commitment to exceptional customer care.
  • Working knowledge of HR policies, onboarding processes, Right to Work checks and compliance standards (desirable but not essential).
  • Proficient IT and HR systems experience.
