ODP / Theatre Practitioner – Anaesthetics
Location: London Bridge Hospital
Contract Type: Permanent
Contract: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: Early (07:00–15:00) and Lates (13:00–21:00), 5 days per week, occasional rostered Saturdays
On-Call: 2 weekdays per month & 1 weekend every 6–8 weeks
Salary: Competitive + Allowance

As an Anaesthetic Practitioner here, you’ll be right at the centre of fast‑paced, high‑acuity theatre work, supporting complex procedures and working alongside some of the most skilled surgeons in the country.
Our London Bridge campus is home to 10 state‑of‑the‑art operating theatres covering a wide range of specialties, including Cardiac, Orthopaedics, Liver, Neuro, Urology, Spinal, General Surgery and ENT. The variety is exceptional, giving you the chance to apply your expertise across diverse caseloads while continually developing your practice.
You’ll work with advanced anaesthetic technology, modern monitoring systems and the latest surgical innovations — everything you need to deliver safe, seamless and high‑quality care. You’ll also be part of a supportive, highly experienced theatre team that values precision, teamwork and the ability to stay calm and confident in a busy environment.
