Senior International Patient Liaison Officer   

London: The Harley Street Clinic Campus and Princess Grace Hospital 

Full time 37.5 hours per week  ( Monday-Friday based at Facility )

Permanent

We are recruiting for a Senior International Patient Liaison Officer to join our International Relations Team based in The Harley Street Clinic/Princess Grace Hospital .

The Senior International Patient Liaison Officer will be predominantly based onsite at Princess Grace Hospital  but occasional days to The Harley Street might be required 

You will provide a professional and efficient service to the hospital, ensuring the cultural needs of overseas patients are recognized and satisfied.

To provide an liaison service to patients, consultants and third parties to facilitate the overall care and financial aspects of service to international patients

Duties and Responsibilities   

  • Lead liaison with embassies, managing queries, referrals, complaints, and accounts.
  • Supervise the International Department.
  • Coordinate all admissions, including direct overseas admissions.
  • Manage outpatient appointments, calendars, and related logs.
  • Provide accurate translation of medical information and patient and Hospital/Medical Personnel discussions.
  • Ensure clear communication of medical history, treatment plans, and follow‑up needs.
  • Assist with required forms and documentation.
  • Accompany consultants on ward rounds when required.
  • Advocate for patients and support families throughout care to facilitate excellent patient experience

What you’ll bring:  

  • Previous experience in a similar role within private healthcare is essential 

  • Arabic Speaking is essential 

  • Previous Arabic interpreting experience is essential 

  • Excellent Communication skills 

  • Have an awareness and understanding of cross cultural needs

  • Experience liaising with the managers and staff at all levels

  • Computer literate with strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
