As a Content Strategy Manager, you’ll partner with senior stakeholders, influence decision-making at the highest level, and manage cross-functional initiatives that bring our brand story to life. You’ll lead a high-performing content team, oversee editorial calendars, and ensure our messaging is consistent, impactful, and aligned with HCA UK’s values and clinical excellence.
Above all else, we’re committed to the care and improvement of human life. It’s this guiding vision that influences everything we do at HCA UK. From the CEO to the colleagues on the floor, we all have a part to play in delivering exceptional care to our patients. Others may think this is just a role in Marketing, but to us, you’ll be part of a wider team with a unique sense of purpose—one that helps improve lives on a daily basis.
What you’ll do:

Advise senior leadership on communication opportunities, risks, and best practices.
Establish and track content KPIs, using insights to optimise performance and engagement.
What you’ll bring:
7+ years’ experience in content strategy, content marketing, or editorial management.
Proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel content strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong strategic thinking.
Experience influencing senior executives and managing cross-functional teams.
Strong project management and organisational skills in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of marketing channels, analytics, and healthcare compliance standards.
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Professional Marketing Qualification desirable).
