Sister/Charge Nurse – IVF
Location : The Lister Hospital, Chelsea Bridge Road, London, SW1W 8RH
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm with rotational Saturday
Salary: Competitive
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sister / Charge Nurse with ultrasound scanning competencies to join our specialist fertility team at The Lister Hospital, currently rated “Outstanding” by the CQC. This is a senior clinical role combining leadership responsibilities with hands-on patient care, including fertility scanning, cycle monitoring, and supporting patients throughout their treatment journey.
You will play a key role in maintaining high clinical standards, supporting junior staff, and ensuring patients receive safe, compassionate, and personalised care.

Since opening in 1988, it has consistently maintained its reputation as being one of the most successful IVF clinics in the country. This facility offers a full range of assisted conception services in a state-of-the-art, patient-focused environment.
