As the Ward/Department Manager for Neuro Rehab, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing patient experiences and delivering exceptional clinical and professional leadership to the team.

We’re the largest neurosciences unit in London, which means we can care for patients with a wide range of complex neurological conditions and provide advanced, specialised care – and you’ll be part of a team making that happen.

  • Maintain the highest standards of patient care through regular monitoring of clinical competence, evidence‑based practice, and adherence to policies and guidelines.

  • Drive service improvement and staff development initiatives to support a high‑quality, safe, and responsive Neuro Rehab service.

  • Manage resources effectively by adhering to budgetary requirements and meeting workforce planning objectives.

What you’ll bring:

  • Registered Nurse qualification

  • Minimum of 5 years of post-registration experience, with at least 3 years in a similar setting (Neuro Rehab)

  • Specialty certification relevant to Neuro Rehab

  • Certification in Teaching, Assessing, or Mentorship

  • Team and Department Management qualification/experience

  •  Experience of service improvements desirable
