Theatre Practitioner – Anaesthetics/Scrub/Recovery

Full time: 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: 4 days per week, Monday-Saturday. Shift times between 07:30-20:00. 9.5-hour days. Overtime available as well as occasional on-calls

Salary: Up to £34,500 dependent on experience + 4% shift enhancement
We are looking for a Theatre Practitioner with experience in two out of the three disciplines to join our Theatres team at The Christie Private Care, currently rated “Outstanding” by the CQC.
What you will do:
Proficiency and competency in at least two of the following perioperative areas -Anaesthetics, Scrub and Recovery
Leveraging your skills and passion to provide seamless support throughout the patient journey
Deliver outstanding perioperative care across exciting specialisms including Urology, Gynaecology, General Surgery, Plastics, and state-of-the-art Robotic Surgery, with opportunities to engage in cutting-edge acute oncology procedures
Help maintain a world-class theatre environment through meticulous cleaning, stock management, and ensuring theatres are fully prepared for every case
What you will bring:
NMC or HCPC registration
Working experience in the Operating Theatre in the UK
Good computer skills
Ability to work as part of a team
