The referrals hub brings everything you need to make a colleague referral into one easy to use place, from the current payment rates to step-by-step guidance on how the process works. And thanks to some changes, it’s now even easier to get started and get rewarded.
It’s our way of recognising colleagues for helping grow our teams and shape our HCA UK community, one referral at a time.
There’s now two simple ways to log a referral:
Identify someone who could be suitable for a role here at HCA UK, this could be friends, family or former colleagues. What’s important is they share our values and desire to create a healthier tomorrow.
Take a look at our current opportunities on our careers website and have a chat with the person. If you’re submitting the referral via Workday, check they’re happy for their details to be shared and make a quick note of the vacancy details.
Submit your referral via the Jobs Hub in Workday, simply search for the role and select refer and follow the steps. Alternatively, encourage your referral to apply online and self-declare the referral when applying.
The Talent Team will be in contact with your referral to tell them more about the role and guide them through the recruitment process. During the process you may receive a Workday task to confirm the referral if the candidate applied directly.
Should your referral be successful, your bonus will now be paid in one, automated payment as opposed to two. As a result, there is no longer a need to complete the ERS claim form. Once the individual completes their probation in Workday, your payment will be sent to your bank account in the next payroll.
Please note: If the candidate is hired on a part time basis please use the ERS form located here Employee Referral Scheme Claim Form
With enhanced referral rates available there’s never been a better time to refer into the business and be rewarded for doing so. Carlo Examen, Charge Nurse, London Bridge Hospital, recently referred a number of colleagues into the business, he’s planning to use his bonus to make his trip back home to the Philippines that little bit more special.
