Be a #HCAUKAMBASSADOR
Welcome to HCA UK's Ambassador hub
We believe exceptional people know exceptional people. That’s why we’re simplifying our referrals process, to make it as easy as possible for you to refer great talent into HCA UK. The new referrals hub contains all the information you’ll need to start making referrals from the current payment rates, to an overview of the process.
Take a look below and help shape the future of HCA UK, one referral at a time.
How to make a referral
Identify someone who could be suitable for a role here at HCA, this could be friends, family or former colleagues. What’s important is they share our values and desire to create a healthier tomorrow.
Visit www.hcahealthcare.co.uk/careers/search-and-apply to see our current opportunities, have a chat with the person you’re referring about our roles and check they’re happy for their details to be shared. Make a note of the role, location and reference number for the next step.
You now make a referral via Workday. Select the Jobs Hub in Workday, find the role you want to refer for, select ‘Refer’ and enter the relevant details.
That’s it for now. The resourcing team will be in contact with your referral to tell them more about the role and guide them through the recruitment process.
Should your referral be successful, your bonus will now be paid in one, automated payment as opposed to two. As a result there is no longer a need to complete the ERS claim form. Once the individual completes their probation in Workday, your payment will be sent to your bank account in the next payroll.
Please note: If the referred candidate is hired on a part time basis please use the ERS form located here Employee Referral Scheme Claim Form
