When you make an appointment with us, this can be part of your current health insurance plan via a referral from your GP. If you don’t have health insurance, that’s okay too. Our services are open to anyone as and when they are needed using our self-pay option.

Are appointments available on weekends?

What if I need ongoing appointments?

At HCA Healthcare, we want to be as flexible as possible to make things easier for you. As such, we offer a number of services as part of our HCA Primary Care offering. This includes unlimited access to GP appointments, private GP services, health screenings, and therapy sessions. I have private medical insurance, how do I book an appointment?

If you have private medical insurance (PMI), all you need to do is get an “open referral” from your GP which will enable you to choose HCA Healthcare UK. We work with most insurers, so please contact your insurance company and check whether or not HCA UK is covered by your policy.

How much is a procedure or operation if I want to pay myself?

Please contact our self-pay team on 01745 881 625 as they will be able to provide you with information on the procedure and costs involved. Please remember that any further tests, investigations, treatment and consultant fees are separate and not included in procedure costs.
