Dr. Simone Ruddick is a highly qualified Chartered Counselling Psychologist who helps people facing various challenges through psychological therapy. She completed a BSc in Psychology and a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology. She pursued further training at City, University of London. This training exposed her to various therapeutic approaches like Person-Centred Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

Dr. Ruddick believes that everyone responds uniquely to life's difficulties, so she customises her approach to each person's needs. Her background includes a degree in Psychology, and she worked for many years as a sexual health adviser and HIV counsellor in the NHS.

Currently, Dr. Ruddick works for HCA Healthcare UK, providing psychological therapy to employees at Google and Bank of America. She assists individuals dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, and eating disorders. Additionally, she practises at The Harley Street Clinic and The Wellington Hospital, offering psychological support to cancer patients and their families, particularly during the final stages of life.

Dr. Simone Ruddick is a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
