Dr. Cristy Leask is a highly qualified and experienced Counselling and Occupational Psychologist. As a registered Counselling and Occupational Psychologist, she is recognised by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and holds the status of a Chartered Member of the British Psychological Society (BPS). 

Dr. Leask's extensive experience spans 20 years and includes work in the NHS, private practice, and organisational transformation. Her clinical background covers primary care, adult mental health, and eating disorder settings within the NHS. She has also applied her skills in various industries, including FMCG, Legal, Banking, and Aviation, where she focuses on enhancing individual and team performance.

She is skilled in a range of therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Systemic Therapy, Solutions Brief Therapy, and Couples and Family Therapy. This diverse skill set enables her to provide tailored interventions to address the specific needs of her clients. Additionally, her certifications as an Enneagram practitioner and StrengthsFinder Coach further enhance her coaching practice.

Dr. Leask's contributions to academic research are reflected in her published papers, covering topics such as leadership, agility, resilience, mental fitness, and wellbeing. She also serves as an adjunct Faculty member at multiple business schools, where she imparts her knowledge on leadership and change management, both nationally and internationally.
