    Mr Colin Davis is a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at St Bartholomew’s and the Royal London Hospitals and also the Princess Grace and Portland Hospitals, where he provides a specialist service in reproductive medicine, minimal access surgery and obstetrics. He is Fellow of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists as well as Honorary Senior Lecturer and holds a postgraduate Doctorate of Medicine (MD) from Imperial College London. He is the lead preceptor for minimal access surgery as well as being one the fertility team of consultants at St Bartholomew’s Hospital.

    Mr Davis specialises in minimal access surgery and treats complex gynaecological conditions such as endometriosis, uterine fibroids and ovarian cysts. He is one of a few surgeons in the UK leading the way in new laparoscopic techniques including microsurgery. He provides specialist treatment for all aspects of gynaecology, especially fertility investigation and treatment, menstrual disorders, menopause and has a strong interest in the management of endometriosis and polycystic ovarian syndrome. He has written a number of peer reviewed scientific papers and has published the Atlas of Endometriosis. In February 2002 and 2004, he hosted an international conference at the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists entitled ‘Frontiers in Reproductive Surgery’, demonstrating live laparoscopic telesurgery to a large multinational medical audience.

    Mr Davis is available for consultations in his rooms at 47 Nottingham Place daily, Monday to Friday. His private gynaecological operating lists are on a Monday and Wednesday at the Princess Grace Hospital.
