    Dr Ramia Mokbel is a substantive consultant dermatologist at The Princess Grace Hospital with a special interest in skin cancer. Her expertise are in the assessment of suspicious moles and lesions using advanced dermoscopy and a full body mole mapping service. She also provides biopsy and skin surgery, where necessary. Other clinical interests include the management of acne, rosacea, psoriasis, eczema, and is highly experienced in the management of paediatric skin conditions. Her current practice offers a wide range of medical aesthetic and skin regenerative procedures.

    Dr Mokbel completed her dermatology training at Barts NHS Trust and the Royal Free Hospital in London and was awarded a distinction in her Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Dermatology at Queen Mary University of London in July 2012. She has also received medical training at a number of large teaching hospitals including John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford, Royal Berkshire Hospital in Reading, the London Chest Hospital and the Royal London Hospital.

    She is now an honorary senior clinical lecturer at the Queen Mary University MSC Aesthetic Medicine in London, where she is also a co-module lead to Lasers and Energy Based Devices. She was appointed as a clinical research fellow in oncoplastic breast surgery (2004-2006) at St George’s Hospital in London, where she released a number of important publications.
