Mr Ben Caesar is a Consultant in Orthopaedic & Trauma Surgery with a special interest in shoulder, elbow and arthroscopic knee surgery. He has trained in London, Edinburgh and Oswestry.
He completed fellowship training in upper limb surgery at the Royal Derby Hospital and knee surgery at Chelsea & Westminster Hospital. In addition to this, he has also undertaken short overseas fellowships in trauma surgery in Mombasa, Kenya and sports injuries surgery in Holland.
Mr Caesar has been a team doctor for the Scottish Rugby Union between 2002-2012 and is a Consultant Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgeon within the Royal Army Medical Corps. He has recent deployed operational experience in major trauma. -

Shoulder arthroscopy and arthroplasty, knee arthroscopy, meniscal and cartilage injuries and ligament reconstruction, trauma to both upper and lower limbs, sports injuries.
