This ensures their employees have seamless access to exceptional healthcare support, tailored to the demands of their professional environments.

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join our team at a Primary Care Head office in Liverpool St. This is a prestigious front-of-house role where you’ll be the first point of contact for employees and visitors — providing a warm, professional, and efficient service that reflects both HCA’s and our client’s standards of excellence.

You’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming environment and delivering a smooth, high-quality experience for every patient and visitor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist clients and visitors with professionalism, warmth, and discretion.

  • Manage front-of-house operations, including telephone and email enquiries.

  • Issue and explain client paperwork, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

  • Support a seamless journey by communicating clearly and anticipating needs.

  • Maintain high standards of presentation, safety, and confidentiality at all times.

  • Work independently and confidently in a professional, fast-paced setting.

About You:

  • Previous Receptionist or Front of House experience (2+ years) essential.

  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both face-to-face and via phone/email.

  • Strong administrative and organisational abilities.

  • Confident working autonomously in a professional corporate environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems.

  • Healthcare or corporate front-of-house experience is desirable but not essential.

  • A polished, approachable, and adaptable manner — always representing HCA’s values of care, integrity, excellence, and teamwork.
