We’re looking for an Orthopaedic Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at The Princess Grace Hospital, currently rated “Good” by the CQC. Located in the heart of London, our hospital is recognised for its advanced surgical services and patient-centred care. Our orthopaedic department specialises in complex inpatient surgery, including hip, knee, shoulder, ankle and sports injuries, supported by modern facilities and a highly skilled multidisciplinary team.
As an Orthopaedic Clinical Nurse Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in delivering expert, patient-focused care across the entire pathway. Day to day, you’ll coordinate elective orthopaedic pathways from referral to discharge, run nurse-led clinics, support consultants during ward rounds and MDTs, and lead patient education through joint school and post-op follow-up. You’ll be the trusted point of contact for patients and families, ensuring a seamless experience and driving quality improvements across the service.

What you’ll bring:
NMC registration with an Orthopaedic course
Strong clinical assessment and autonomous decision-making skills
Proven experience across elective surgical pathways
Clear communication with patients, consultants and MDTs
Organised approach to managing workload and patient flow
Completed relevant post graduate module (level 6 or7)
