Job Title: Marketing Executive – Operations
Location: London – 4 days on-site per week

Full-Time: (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: Starting from £31,280
We’re looking for a Marketing Executive who is passionate about marketing, proactive in their approach, and confident engaging with stakeholders across the business. This isn’t just about technical skills — we want personable people who bring enthusiasm, curiosity, and confidence in representing HCA UK to any audience.
As an Operations Marketing Executive, you will be working across our London Hospitals, this role offers a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure across the different hospitals and their specialties while supporting the delivery of a range of marketing initiatives.
You will work closely with our other marketeers, particularly our creative studio, internal comms team and our campaign and planning team. You will regularly engage with consultants, clinical leadership and internal stakeholders to gain insights, understand service needs and help position our clinical capability. You will create high quality and high value written content for use in multiple channels and for multiple audiences. As well as informed and thorough briefs for other areas of the marketing team such as our creative studio, digital team or agency partners.
This role provides an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to build their healthcare marketing knowledge, it offers hands on experience in content creation, stakeholder engagement, project management, campaign planning and the opportunity to develop an in depth understanding of our hospitals and the services they offer.

What you’ll do:
Produce high quality written content including patient facing materials, ghost written thought leadership, service descriptions, blog articles and campaign messaging.
Produce content for internal communications newsletters, magazines and other channels
Work with the other marketeers to ideate and produce content for social media channels and implement posting schedule.
Produce consultant marketing communications and produce presentations, reports or other key communications to showcase our services.
Work with our creative studio to brief collateral to support hospital and service line promotions.
Work with other marketeers to support delivery of targeted campaigns, from ideation and planning through to delivery.
Assist with product and proposition development tasks where required.
Monitor engagement metrics using department dashboards and help prepare reports for managers.
Support the coordination of key meetings, events, workshops, videography and photoshoots.
Undertake regular market and competitor research to inform marketing planning.
Update and maintain website content and consultant profiles for relevant hospital services.
Track deadlines, manage workstreams, and ensure timely delivery of marketing activities.
Support brand and service positioning activities, ensuring consistency across content and other touchpoints.

Educated to Degree level in Marketing or equivalent experience.
