The Opportunity:

We’re looking for an experienced Psychologist to join our friendly and supportive Primary Care team based in Central London. You’ll be working with employees of a high-profile corporate client, making this an exciting and rewarding opportunity to provide high-quality psychological support in a unique professional setting. Our clinicians benefit from centralised diary management, meaning you can focus on what truly matters — delivering excellent care to your clients. You’ll be supporting adults in a corporate environment and will play a vital role in promoting mental wellbeing among our client base. We also value team connection, with regular team lunches and social events throughout the year.

What You’ll Do:

• See up to six patients per day, providing psychological support for issues such as anxiety, depression, women’s health, and men’s health.
• Support referrals from our GP network and self-referrals across the organisation.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the clinical and corporate teams to ensure the highest standards of patient care.

What You’ll Bring

• HCPC-registered Psychologist (Health, Clinical, or Counselling).
• Minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience.
• Experience working in women’s health and supporting adults in a corporate setting.
• A background in corporate wellbeing, recruitment, or HR would be advantageous.
• Strong communication skills with a genuine commitment to patient-centred care.
