Specialisms
No matter where you join us you’ll benefit from day-to-day variety in your clinical exposure and work environments. By enabling a patient-centric approach to our rotas, our float team use their skills and abilities to reinforce support for our site based clinical or office teams when needed.
Nursing
Theatres
Working here means you'll be at the forefront of surgical care. Our roles here span scrub, recovery and anaesthetics.
Allied Health
We offer a variety of Allied Healthcare Professionals (AHP) roles covering multiple disciplines. You'll play a key role in the patient pathway, providing high standards of care every step of the way.
Non-clinical
Whether you're in our head office, or onsite in one of our hospitals, the work you'll do will ensure our front line teams have all they need to provide unrivalled care.

They flex their skills to be a truly adaptable and dependable part of the HCA UK team.
Flexibility
Able to work across full shift rota, in a mix of days, long days, nights, weekends and holidays.
Adaptability
Happy to support with cross facility working across our London facilities adaptable (eg. Change assignments during shifts).
Knowledge
Highly trained with the willingness to learn, teach others and proactively identify and use resources available to them.
