Fast access to supportive therapies
Physiotherapy
- sports injuries
- common sprains and strains
- spinal conditions causing backache, sciatica and headaches
An initial consultation with a physiotherapist costs £65.
Preventing recurrent injuries
We also provide preventative training advice and rehabilitative exercises are given to minimise risk of recurrent injury.
We work with patients to develop a personalised treatment plan which can include:
- an initial assessment lasting approximately 30 minutes
- detailed history of the current injury and any relevant past history
- active movement and manual testing procedures leading to a diagnosis
- full explanation of the diagnosis
- recommendation and a course of treatment devised using specialised physiotherapy techniques
Our physiotherapist will be able to provide you with an outline of the costs, as this will depend on your individual treatment plan.

Physiotherapy treatments
Once we have assessed the problem, we can look to employ a number of specialised physiotherapy treatments including:
- manual manipulation (hands-on pressure to mobilise joints and soft tissue)
- soft tissue techniques (massage and friction to promote healing)
- exercise and stretching (including clinical Pilates-style and stability ball exercises)
- thermal and non-thermal ultrasound (with or without heat to decrease stiffness, pain and muscle spasm, or stimulation of tissue regeneration)
- acupuncture
- low level laser therapy or LLLT (application of red or near infrared light waves to injuries to improve wound and soft tissue injuries
- gait analysis (treadmill-based assessment of your walking style)

Psychology services
We have a team of highly skilled and experienced psychologists and psychotherapists who have been carefully selected for their excellence in patient work. Each therapist takes time to fully understand an individual’s difficulties before tailoring a treatment programme to meet their specific needs — rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
There are therapists with different specialisms in all areas of mental health, such as depression, anxiety, eating disorders, PTSD and addictions; and we are able to match patients to therapists who best suit their requirements. Our key focus is on ensuring we develop an excellent therapeutic relationship with our patients to allow them to feel safe in the process of change and to achieve their full potential.
An initial consultation with a psychotherapist costs £150
An initial consultation with a consultant psychologist cost £170

Dietitian services
Today, we all face a significant amount of conflicting and contradictory information about nutrition and its impact on health. Determining the right nutritional choices for you can be made easier with a Registered Dietitian offering you up-to-date nutrition information personalised to you.
