Gregory Bale

Greg joined London Bridge Hospital as Chief Operating Officer in 2021 having previously held the post of Acting Chief Operating Officer at The Portland Hospital for Women and Children.

A qualified Pharmacist with an Executive MBA from Henley Business School, Greg has over 10 years of clinical and commercial leadership experience. He is a specialist in growing business services and units and is responsible for shaping and delivering London Bridge Hospital’s strategic plan alongside the CEO and wider executive team.

Greg’s role spans across the entire London Bridge Hospital campus including London Bridge Hospital, HCA Healthcare UK Outpatients and Diagnostics at The Shard, Private Care at Guy’s and various Outpatients and Diagnostics Centres across the City and Canary Wharf. He is a highly motivated and engaging individual who aims to deliver improved access to high quality healthcare through collaboration and innovation.
