Overview
Sports and exercise medicine (SEM) is a rapidly expanding specialty. We invest in the latest technology and draw on new research to offer the most up-to-date diagnostics, treatments and rehabilitation plans in this area. Our partnership with the Institute of Sports, Exercise and Health means that we can give you access to high a standard of care that was previously only available to elite athletes. We manage the return to health for professional and amateur sports individuals coming back from injury and treat individuals with common musculoskeletal conditions. We can help you achieve your personal or training goals, optimise your performance and prevent injuries in the future. We also run a sports nutrition clinic, and offer outpatient physio and supportive services to give you the best chance of a full recovery.
