Contacting HCA UK

We are currently supporting bookings for remote outpatient consultations by telephone and video.

Once you have spoken to an expert, they will consider whether you need to attend one of our hospitals or clinics for diagnostics and imaging in order to make a diagnosis and consider and necessary treatment.

Our main appointments line is currently available between Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm

Our Urgent Care Centre service for adults aged 18+ is now available from Urgent Care Centre - Marylebone, at 30 Devonshire Street

Please be aware all appointments must be pre-booked by calling 020 3733 5849.

Our Urgent Care Centre for Children at The Portland Hospital remains open for pre-booked appointments.

Please note, our Urgent Care Centres in London Bridge, St John's Wood and Chelsea are currently closed.

    In order to reduce the need to patients to travel or come into contact with others, we can continue to provide timely and expert care via video and phone consultations. 

    If we believe there is a need for urgent care to be delivered, we will consider how to take your treatment forward. If we believe that diagnostics and treatment can be safely delayed, we will make sure that you have access to care as soon as is possible after the current situation has eased.

    • Private GP appointments are primarily available via video or telephone consultation using the My HCA GP app (Apple / Android)
    • In-person GP appointments need to be booked subsequent to a video or telephone consultation and can be booked via our contact centre on 0345 437 0691
    • We are postponing health screening appointments until further notice
    • Psychology appointments will take place via video or, telephone consultation, unless by exception with clinical justification
    • Physiotherapy appointments will be hosted via video, or telephone consultation, unless by exception with clinical justification
    • Occupational Health support is being modified to meet the needs of this challenging time
