Jasy Loyal achieves a top placing in the annual FT Business Innovative Awards

Jasy Loyal, HCA International Executive Director of Legal/HR Services, has achieved a top placing in the prestigious Financial Times annual Innovative Awards which examines the leadership qualities of the heads of legal services from Europe’s top 600 companies.

Jasy, who has headed up the Legal Team at HCA for 15 years and who has also been responsible for our UK industry leading Code of Conduct, reached the last six nominees in the legal affairs section of the FT Innovative Awards. HCA International President and Chief Executive Officer, Michael Neeb, said that Jasy’s top placing was a recognition of her dedication and pioneering leadership at HCA.

“Jasy has led the UK sector with her drive to ensure our legal compliance and our ethical standards are the best in the industry. This is a fitting recognition of her tireless dedication to HCA and setting and maintaining the highest standards and I know you will join me in congratulating her on this fine achievement,” he said.

Jasy Loyal said she was shocked but honoured when she learnt she was in the final six nominees out of a field of 600 entrants. “It was a great honour to be in such distinguished company,” she said. “This nomination was a reflection of our legal team’s hard work on the implementation of the Bribery Act and in the innovations we have pioneered in areas such as training, business courtesies software, our webinar and a host of other activities that now, we just take for granted as normal practice!” she said.
