MR-Linac radiotherapy at HCA UK
At The Harley Street Clinic we’re committed to investing in the latest technology so we can offer the most advanced cancer treatments. The Elekta Unity MR-Linac combines two technologies, an MRI scanner and a linear accelerator, to deliver radiotherapy with exceptional accuracy.
The MR-Linac allows your clinical team to see your tumour during treatment. This means our specialists can adapt treatment to your body and tumour each day, helping target the cancer accurately while reducing exposure to nearby healthy tissue.
The Macmillan Quality Environment Mark (MQEM)
We’ve been awarded the Macmillan Quality Environment Mark ® (MQEM) at LOC at The Harley Street Clinic. This award was developed in collaboration with more than 400 people living with cancer, who helped to shape its criteria.
