For all our former NGS based tests, the genomic regions that were sequenced are detailed in full on the final page of the original report. This assay information page also describes how specific variants will have been assessed and reported, however due to space constraints within the reports themselves, lists of specifically assessed variants within these regions were not included, but may still be downloaded using the links below.

Please note:

• ‘Assessed variant list’ files are assay & version specific; assay version information is detailed in the footer of all original NGS reports.
• Variants detailed in the downloadable ‘Assessed variant lists’ below will have been formally evaluated in each case, resulting in a ‘detected’, ‘not detect’ or ‘equivocal/not assessable’ call being made. Whilst all reasonable efforts will have been made to identify and report any additional ‘novel’ variants of potential clinical relevance (at the time of reporting), specimens should not be considered as having been formally evaluated for the presence/absence of any variants not stated in the corresponding ‘Assessed variant list’.
• Assessed variant lists are not available for MGP-4(DNA) v5 and MGP-5 as analyses were updated to consider all potential deviations from human genome reference sequence and thus were not primarily based upon a known ‘hotspot’ approach. As such the information on the back page of these original reports may be considered fully informative regarding the assay’s scope.
