How to be referred to ISEH

The ISEH offer a service to both NHS and privately funded patients. Your doctor will need to complete a referral form to the ISEH.

ISEH Private referrals

Diagnostic imaging appointment (MRI, Ultrasound, X-ray)

Please ask your referrer to complete a diagnostic imaging referral form. We will contact you soon after receiving the referral to make an appointment.

Physiotherapy appointment

Please ask your referrer to complete a physiotherapy referral form. Clinics are held daily Monday to Friday and the ISEH team can accommodate urgent referrals with same or next day appointments.

ISEH NHS referrals

NHS referrals are made via your GP. If you have an injury or condition that you believe is related to sport or exercise, please contact your local GP to make an appointment and obtain a referral.

Please note the ISEH accommodates patients from the age of 12 years onwards.
