    Dr Umeer Waheed qualified at Guy’s and St. Thomas’ Medical School and trained at the North West Thames School of ICM and Anaesthesia. He is currently Consultant Intensivist at Hammersmith Hospital, London, Imperial College and the Lead for undergraduate Intensive Care Medicine teaching in North West London.

    His main clinical interests include cardiogenic shock, invasive cardiac output monitoring and analgesia in intensive care. His research interests include biomarkers of sepsis and clotting disorders.
