Mrs Hannah Watkinson is a Biomechanical Podiatrist with extensive experience caring for patients with musculo-skeletal overuse, trauma and neurological injuries.

After qualifying in Podiatry from Brighton University in 2004, she worked for the NHS for a number of years. In 2007, she was appointed by the Ministry of Defence to provide and establish Musculoskeletal Podiatry clinics at the internationally renowned Defence Medical Rehabilitation Centre at Headley Court. This is a Tri–Service Centre which offers an extensive range of rehabilitation treatments for both chronic overuse musculoskeletal injuries as well as complex injuries sustained during the conflict. She was made Clinical Lead Senior Podiatrist at the centre, specialising in gait and lower limb biomechanical assessments. In 2011 she started working in the private clinics across Surrey and Buckinghamshire and in 2014 became Director of Frontline Podiatry.

Mrs Watkinson provides a screening service for both Kent and Middlesex County Cricket Club Academies, and also treats both national and international athletes. She lectures regularly in gait analysis, podiatric trauma and sports medicine to Podiatrists and other health care professionals.

Outside of work, Mrs Watkinson is a keen sportswoman and plays for Buckingham ladies RFC at a county level.
