    Mr. Christopher V. Steer is a Consultant Gynaecologist and Obstetrician that works in both the NHS at Kings College Hospital and private sectors in the London/Kent areas. He has written over 25 publications and 10 book chapters in the medical press related to this field of medicine. He trained with Professor R. Edwards the pioneer of IVF. He has over 30 years’ experience of IVF and ICSI. He is a Minimal Access Surgery (key hole) trainer both in the UK by the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and is one of only a handful of gynaecologists in Europe to have been awarded membership of the American Society of Reproductive Surgery (Specialising in Keyhole techniques) www.reprodsurgery.org

    He is also recognised as a trainer in gynaecological ultrasound for both the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists as well as the University of London. He practices utilising an holistic approach to include both medical, emotional and environmental aspects of infertility, and is in a position to offer total care through both the fertility treatment and the subsequent antenatal care and the delivery of the baby, in either an NHS or private practice setting.
