    Dr Anna Patrikidou is a Consultant Medical Oncologist and the Associate Medical Director at the Sarah Cannon Research Institute, as well as an Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer at the UCL Cancer Institute and an Honorary Consultant Oncologist post in University College London Hospitals. She specialises in Genitourinary oncology, Sarcoma and Neuro-oncology, as well as Immuno-oncology and early and late phase clinical trials drug development.

    Dr Patrikidou received her medical oncology specialist training at the acclaimed Gustave Roussy Institute in Paris, France. She has extensive basic and translational research with undergraduate and postgraduate education and training received in London (University College London, Institute of Cancer Research/Royal Marsden Hospital), France and Greece. Prior to joining HCA, she was a Consultant Medical Oncologist at the Geneva University Hospital, Switzerland (in Genito-urinary oncology, Neuro-oncology and Sarcoma oncology), where she was also involved in drug development, with a specific focus on cancer immunotherapy.

    Dr Patrikidou has substantial clinical research early and late phase clinical trials experience in several European countries, and has been a Principal Investigator in numerous Phase I-IV oncology clinical trials, with a special interest in Genito-Urinary oncology and immuno-oncology. She is a member of several large research organisations, including the European Society of Medical Oncology ESMO and the European Organisation for Research and Treatment of Cancer EORTC (Genito-Urinary and Brain Tumour Groups), and has acted as a Scientific Committee member for several oncological congresses, including the ESMO Annual Congress. She has presented her work in multiple national and international congresses, and has a significant body of scientific publications, along with an extensive network of active international collaborations in clinical and academic research.
