Mr Robert Bradford has been a Consultant Neurosurgeon at The Royal Free Hampstead NHS Trust for more than 20 years. His undergraduate training took place at University College London and University College Hospital Medical School. UCH also provided his basic surgical training and I became an FRCS in 1983.

Apart from a year in Southampton as a registrar, Mr Bradford's neurosurgical training was completed at The National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery (NHNN). During this period, he also obtained a Doctorate in Experimental Neuro-oncology.

As well as general neurosurgery, Mr Bradford holds an interest in neuro-oncology and spinal surgery. He has one of the largest series of Skull base tumours (acoustic neuromas) in the UK and is currently clinical director of a large neuroscience centre at the Royal Free Hospital.
