Raj is a Consultant ENT Surgeon specialising in Rhinology (rhinoplasty and sinus surgery) and Skull base surgery. He sees private patients at Spire Manchester Hospital in Didsbury, the BMI Alexandra Hospital in Cheadle, and the Wilmslow Hospital in Wilmslow.

Raj is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons (England), is President of the British Rhinological Society, and is on the Councils of ENT UK, the British Society of Facial Plastic Surgery, and the Royal Society of Medicine. He is also a member of the European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery.
