    Joseph Iskaros is a senior consultant in Obstetics and Gynaecology as well as an honorary Senior Lecturer at University College London Hospitals. He received his training in London prior to becoming a specialist in 2001.

    Dr Iskaros has special interests in ultrasound in gynaecology including fertility investigations such as HyCosy and hysterosalpingogram (HSG). His special interests in obstetric ultrasound accredited by the RCOG/RCR includes fetal assessment, early pregnancy and Fetal chromosomes screening (Harmony and Panorama NIPT).

    As well as being a practising doctor in general obstetrics and normal deliveries, Joseph specialises in managing surgical problems in pregnancy including placenta praevia, placenta accreta, fibroids, uterine anomalies, ovarian cysts, 3rd degree tears and multiple pregnancies.

    Whilst a fully accredited surgoen in general gynaecology including minimal access surgery, he also specialises in complex fibroid surgery and minimally invasive treatment of fibroids including embolisation.

    He manages a large practice looking after women requiring hormone replacement therapy.

    Joseph Iskaros is a member of the International Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynaecology ISUOG as well as the American Association of Gynaecological Laparoscopists AAGL. He is a fellow of the Royal College of obstetricians and gynaecologists since 2005.

    Dr Iskaros is married with 2 children and is a strong supporter of Chelsea FC.
