  Dr Sohier El-Neil is trained in looking after women with devastating pelvic floor, bladder and bowel injuries, as a consequence of childbirth, trauma, ageing or neurological disease. She undertakes all current surgical and medical therapies for providing effective medical care for these patients, including laparoscopic approaches.
  
  Dr El-Neil has also developed novel therapies for patients with intractable pelvic floor conditions, including sacral neuromodulation and botulinum toxin therapy.
