Mr Rony Ganguly began his academic career by obtaining a Bachelors Degree (BEng) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology. He then went on to the prestigious Institute of Laryngology and Otology(ILO) at University College London, where he obtained a Masters Degree (MSc) in Audiological Science, qualifying in 1999.
He completed his clinical training as an Audiological Scientist at Guy’s & St Thomas’ Hospital in London and in 2003 achieved state registration with the Health Professions Council (HPC) as a Clinical Scientist (Audiology).
In 2004 he took up a post as a lecturer in audiology at The Ear Institute at University College London, where he taught and examined many audiology students at both BSc and MSc level.
Since 2006 he has been managing Pindrop Hearing, providing his expertise in audiology to patients with hearing problems.
Mr Ganguly is experienced in all aspects of clinical audiology including Paediatric Audiology, and advanced auditory and vestibular diagnostics.
His main areas of interests are hearing loss, adult auditory rehabilitation and the provision of advanced digital hearing aids. -
