Dr Gautam Kulkarni is a Consultant Paediatrician. Dr Kulkarni qualified in Medicine in 1996 from the University of Poona, India. After moving to the UK, he completed training at St Thomas' Hospital and St Mary's Hospital.

Dr Kulkarni has a particular interest in Allergy and Neurological conditions in paediatrics. He also covers General Paediatric conditions, including Asthma, constipation and growing conditions. Furthermore, he strongly believes in Healthcare Innovation and Patient Safety. He helped to set up ‘Isabel Healthcare', which is a support system with the aim of reducing errors in patient diagnoses. He is also a fellow for the NHS Institute of Innovation and Improvement.
