    Dr Daniel Baron has been part of The Department of Trauma & Orthopaedics at Kings College Hospital since 2005 and had on-field experience as Team Physician with Millwall FC 1985-94, England U18 SFA 1993-98, and Blackheath Rugby Club 1995-04. He also sees dancers from the English National Ballet.

    Dr Baron is a member of the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine [AOSSM], European Society for Sports Traumatology, Knee Surgery & Arthroscopy [ESSKA] and Gesellschaft fur Orthopadisch-Traumatologische Sportmedizin [GOTS Germany]: the three leading Sports Medicine Societies in the World.

    His post graduate training in USA and Europe includes regular attendances at leading Sports Orthopaedic Congresses and he has orthopaedic contacts world-wide. He has presented research papers including an award on PCL injury In Madrid 2004.

    Dr Baron has used the KT1000 arthrometer in the assessment of knee cruciate ligament injuries since 1992 and liaises with knee orthopaedic surgeons. He teaches at all levels of Medical Training. He keeps fit as an accomplished distance runner and skier and played soccer and tennis.
