Dr Konrad Koss is a Consultant Gastroenterologist currently working at HCA The Wilmslow Hospital. His current NHS posts are East Cheshire NHS Trust since 2006 and Salford Royal Foundation Trust. His areas of specialism are endoscopy and inflammatory bowel disease and his areas of interest include dyspepsia (indigestion), gastro-oesophaegeal reflux disease, and anaemia.

Dr Koss attained his primary medical qualification at Medical University of Gdansk. He completed a Doctor of Medicine and a PhD at Medical University Gdansk, in Poland, in 1991. His additional training includes CCT Gastroenterology and General Medicine at West Midlands Gastroenterology Rotation in 2006.

Dr Koss has many professional memberships including British Society of Gastroenterology and British Association for Study of the Liver. He is also interested in research regarding Barrett's oesophagus and bowel cancer screening and has published in numerous papers.
