Dr Deepak Joshi graduated from King’s College London in 2001. He completed his postgraduate training at the Institute of Liver Studies, King’s College Hospital, London where he was also awarded his PhD. He was appointed as a Consultant Hepatologist at King's College Hospital, London in 2015. He is the adult lead for liver transition services at King’s College Hospital. He is a transplant hepatologist and an advanced biliary endoscopist and specialises in paediatric ERCP. He is a member of the BSG liver committee and is a co-author of the book, Hepatology at a Glance. His current research interests include the management of biliary diseases before and after liver transplantation.
